About Us
The Bedfordshire Badminton Association was formed on 27th April 1948 to act as a central authority over official badminton clubs in Bedfordshire. Now joint with the Bedfordshire Schools Badminton Association we aim to promote Badminton around the County.
Senior Clubs
Bedfordshire's senior clubs are at the heart of the association with 12 affiliated clubs inside the County and 2 associated clubs from just outside of the County boundaries.
Junior Clubs
We currently have 8 junior clubs affiliated within Bedfordshire but with the work of the Badminton Development Officer and many other volunteers there are new clubs starting up around the county.
Leagues
The County Association also runs a number of leagues for both seniors and juniors. The senior leagues consist of four Medley divisions, two Mens 4 divisions, one Ladies 4 & from this year a Mixed 4 division.
There is also a junior club league with a variety of levels all played at a central venue to keep costs low.
